Dave was an industry giant, with a real estate career spanning three decades, nearly all of it in the Northern Colorado area. If an agent has been around for a while, chances are they had the opportunity to cross paths with Dave. Some of his larger projects included the sale and marketing for 115 Trail West townhomes, 36 units at Stadium Village, 81 units at the Willows in Rigden Farm, and 26 homes at Center Greens At Miramont. Dave wrote recurring columns for the Coloradoan and the Northern Colorado Business Report/BizWest. Dave and his wife Pam were always active, always involved and continuously helping their clients buy, sell and invest in real estate throughout the region. Clients quickly became good friends - Dave touched a lot of lives.

Dave was heavily invested in the industry and community, giving his time, effort and energy to supporting the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association, the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, the Bas Bleu Theatre Company, and the Fort Collins Opera Society. Dave loved to drink wine, enjoy a nice meal out, travel with Pam, catch a football, basketball, hockey or baseball game, and more than anything, he loved spending time with his friends and family.

Dave was deeply impactful to his associates, friends, and family and will be missed by many. Although it has been a difficult month at Ascent, we are moving on as best we can and we sincerely appreciate all the condolences, support and kind words we've received. Dave helped to build a valuable and respected brokerage and we will continue his efforts as Ascent grows. It'll be business as usual, just as Dave would have wanted.
