You're within a quarter mile of any conveniences like grocery, hardware store, pet store, bank, restaurants, etc.

Now, the area is pretty unique, there are not hundreds of homes so home sales are few and far between. Also, being in the high end price range, these homes tend to turn over less often. Most of the homes in the area were built between the mid to late 1980's through the mid to late 1990's, although there are a few outliers. The size of homes range quite a bit, from 4500 sf, to over 10,000 sf!
